This lightly cushioned Tri-Layer hiker features Lorpen's Women's LifeFit - with a narrower heel and forefoot for lower overall volume.
Tri-Layer represents the evolution of knit technology, layering both synthetic and natural yarns in a way that improves moisture management, comfort, and durability.
- The first layer (synthetic), next to the skin, features non absorbant fibres that wick moisture away from around the foot, leaving your foot more dry
- The middle layer (natural) is absorbant - it draws moisture by capillary action into the layer until it can evaporate away
- The outer layer (synthetic) is made of nylon for greater resistance to abrasion and wear
